You, on behalf of the company whose details you have provided as part of the registration process (being the "Affiliate" as defined in the Agreement), acknowledge that by ticking the "Accept" box and clicking "proceed" you agree to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and Affiliate Guidelines with Gamesys (Gibraltar) Limited, that you are authorised to execute the Agreement on behalf of such Affiliate, and that the information you have provided is accurate.
